Rule 5 Eligible Players

The following players are eligible to be selected in the Rule 5 Draft in December, 2018 if they are not added to the Phillies 40-man roster by November 20th. To be eligible for the Rule 5 Draft, if a player was 18 or younger when he first signed a pro contract and this is the fifth Rule 5 Draft since he signed his first professional contract. If the player was 19 0r older when he first signed a pro contract, this must be the fourth Rule 5 Draft since he signed.
